Things To Do At Bahrain Grand Prix Race Track
Situated in Sakhir, this 'Grand Prix Circuit' features 15 turns and stretches over 3.363 miles. It was also noteworthy as being Formula 1's first race held in 2004 in Middle East. What started out as a daytime event has since become a night race in 2014, commemorating 10 years since Bahrain Grand Prix's inauguration. Ferrari driver Michael Schumacher was honored with winning Bahrain Grand Prix's first staging in 2004. Spain's Fernando Alonso would be its first repeat winner in 2005 and 2006, after beating out Schumacher in a long-fought battle during 2006's race-- making it one of Formula 1's all-time classic Bahrain GPs.
