How It All Began
Adrian fell in love with martial arts back when he was 4 years old. On learning violence is not the main intention, he felt inspired to be a protector rather than a fighter. Over the years he has participated in many sports, but martial arts provided unity between the body and the mind; “The mind is so much more powerful as a force… If the mind isn’t there, the body won’t be”. If you are mentally motivated, the physical element feels far easier.

Making The Most Of Your Visit
Sometimes staying healthy is not always as easy as we would like it to be. Here at Fit 4 Anything you can rest assured that you will be motivated and supported. You might be shocked at your potential but ultimately the hard work is up to you!
- 1. Be Mindful: Allow yourself moments of mental reflection and praise. Afterall, the mind makes the body tick
- 2. Keep Going: The work doesn't stop here. Keep progressing out of sessions, and return with determination
- 3. Set Goals: Have a target to encourage you. It might feel scary, but give yourself that extra push and something to aim for
Adrian is such a lovely guy and really put me at ease. He did not judge me and my ability and I felt very relaxed in his presence. I was not afraid to be myself and give it my all during the exercises, and surprisingly I enjoyed the boxing. This was a first experience for me and I really enjoyed it. He helped me see my capability and I have followed the advice he has given me since our session. I plan on rebooking for another visit.
I visited Adrian with my Mum for a ‘couples booking’. As a first session, neither of us knew what to expect but we were both happily surprised. We tried boxing for the first time and found it very fun, I also enjoyed the warm up session and the exercise performed with weights and yoga mats afterwards, The hour flew by!
I found Adrian to be very motivating and he inspired me to carry on his recommended routine outside of the session. I feel uplifted both mentally and physically and feel set to stay in good habits, I have been in contact about another session and his support has been continued since I left the session.
