*Please note Old Dairy Brewery, Kent is not running tours until further notice*If you have ever enjoyed a pint of beer and wondered how it's made, then this experience will answer all your questions. The basic principles of brewing beer have remained unchanged for centuries and during this tour you will see all parts of the process including: fermenting, where the sugar is broken down into alcohol; conditioning, which gives beer a smoother taste; and filtering which stabilises the flavour and gives beer its polished shine and brilliance. To complete this experience you will also get to taste some of the brewery's beers.
